MACHINING DIVISION

Our machining division is located in the same vicinity of the Foundry division & is placed in a space of 11000 Sq Feet. Here we have all necessary facilities for machining of the components, thorough inspection for dimensional accuracies, process control parameters & finally surface treatment of the components and make them ready for Export worthy packing for safe sea transit times as long as 8 weeks.

• Vertical turning machines with Auto Load / Unload inbuilt conveying systems.
• Drilling machines.
• Conventional Lathe machines.
• Variety of measuring instruments for measurement of Diameters, Lengths, Roughness Values, Circularity, depth etc of the components.
• Host of various Gauges that are custom developed for 100% in process inspection & pre dispatch inspections.
• Ultrasonic cleaning machines for cleaning of finished components, followed by Surface treatment / Rust preventive application arrangement with Conveyor drying system.
